Recipes

After being over weight most (if not all) of my adult life, I have decided to make a change.

My husband had an acquaintance that he noticed was loosing a good amount of weight, so he told me about it. Thanks to Facebook and my excellent “stalking” skills, I found her and started asking questions.

She introduced my to Keto.

She went much deeper into it by giving me the science behind it and having me watch this video about getting your body into Ketosis, which is helpful to lose weight. At this point, and even still now, I am more interested in the losing weight part. Science has never really been my thing.

With all that being said, she sold supplements with Pruvit and I was willing to give anything a try at this point, so I went for it. I can honestly say that I have never been happier that I made that decision. I have lost 33 pounds since the beginning of February and have never felt better.

So, Pinterest has been a great help with finding recipes and helping me stay at it. This program is a high fat, moderate protein and low carb program, that has really made a difference in my life.

So far here are my top five recipes:

  1. Keto Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy
  2. Baked Garlic Parmesan Salmon
  3. Cheese Burger Meatloaf
  4. Egg Roll in A Bowl- I was going to add a link for this one but there are so many different recipes i think you should just find the one you like the most, just watch the carb counts.
  5. Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

This is just a few of the recipes that I LOVE to give you an idea.

More to come!
